1. The letter or the requisition shall be transferred to the Laboratories and Quality Directorate / 8^th Circle for filling the accounting form for determining the laboratory fees, and the applicant shall pay the service fees in the Directorate of Finance Affairs / Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.
2. The applicant shall return the requisition or the letter and the receipt with the samples to the Laboratories and Quality Directorate / 8^th Circle in order for the samples to be duly entered to the samples reception department in the directorate, where the samples are given a pin number for follow-up and the date of receiving test results.
3. After entering, preparing and readying the samples, a letter listing the results shall be issued duly.
4. The applicant shall receive the results stamped from the main divan in the Ministry.  

Private sector: official letter or a requisition addressed to the Ministry including the type, number of tests and standard’s number.

Public sector: official letter addressed to the Ministry or the institution pledging the payment of the claim with 20% discount, and the letter specifies the type, number of tests and standard’s number.

Universities and students: official letter addressed to the Ministry from the university specifying the type and number of tests, standard’s number and the name of the student after previously paying the fees, and the university pledges to pay and is given a promotional discount of 50%.
